ACAOM CAE Conference: February 22-23, 2020
Research helps improve the practice and open the new doors for further studies, ACAOM offers a unique opportunity for acupuncturist in academia and practice to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration. Opportunities to participate in the ACAOM CAE Conference by submitting an abstract for either oral or poster presentation.
Abstracts must be the author's own work. Personal details of the person presenting the paper must be completed. Submitted abstract with incomplete information will not be reviewed. Abstracts that do not include sufficient data may be rejected. The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Conference. Similarly, no speaker fee is paid to successful participants. All presenting author must register for the conference. Abstract submissions will be due by January 10, 2020 at 11:59 PM central time. Abstract submission does not guarantee presentation approval.

Attach a complete abstract following the required format: MS Word format using Times New Roman 12 point for English and using Simsun font 14 point for Chinese with single line spacing. Title to be typed in Sentence case (First word initial Capital, capitals only for ACRONYMS and first letter of a Proper Noun). 500 words or less including background, objectives, methods, results and conclusions. Maximum two graphics allowed.
AV Requirements
The following resources will be available for oral presentations: laptop with MS PowerPoint software, projector and screen, laser pointer. Any other requests must be specified under AV requirements. Specific AV requests will be considered at the sole discretion of the CAE Organizing Committee.
Peer Review and Publication
All abstracts will be subject to review by the CAE Academic Committee. Only abstracts that fulfill the all requirements will be considered. Due consideration will be given to originality and quality. Notification will be sent to the presenting author in relation to acceptance and presentation after January 20, 2020. The decision of the CAE Academic Committee is final in relation to acceptance or rejection of presentations, and the form and time of presentations. Abstracts that do not include sufficient data may be rejected.
