An “Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and Integrative Medicine” theme is added to the traditional acupuncture conference, offering a platform for modern technology to collide with ancient wisdom; Eastern medicine to meet with Western medicine. Healthcare is becoming increasingly involved with artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is used for predicting diseases, diagnostics, risk assessments, drug research, and many other patient interactions and practitioner assistance. The trends of AI technology and research will be discussed along with how the technology is used in the industry.
“Whole Foods” Diet for Chronic Disease Prevention
Chronic diseases and inflammation have become one of the major epidemics in the U.S. Although individuals are living longer, some patients indicate that their quality of life have not improved. This lecture will focus on whole foods diet that will target the prevention of these chronic diseases to improve quality of life.

This session will teach Chinese terminologies for communication and ordering of foods, and the course will continue after this conference to target medical terminologies, patient communication, and terms that will assist with memorizing herbs.

Read Your Tongue and Ear to Predict Your Health
Chinese medicine has relied for on reading the tongue, each, eyes, and face, and feeling the pulse to determine the health of a patient. This course will introduce the basic philosophy of Chinese medicine and teach participants how to read the tongue and major areas of the ear in order to determine potential health problems.
