Speaker Introduction

Sunita Tarkunde is the founder and director of Houston Ayurveda Center. She holds a Masters Degree in Ayurveda, is a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas, and is also a certified Yoga Instructor. She specializes in Consultation and Education here at the Center and has personally trained all of the staff to have a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic methods that assist the clients in unlocking their potential vitality. She was also a faculty member at ‘Kerala Ayurveda’, where they teach in–depth Ayurveda courses in the USA.  Your quality of life is inextricably linked to the balance of your physical, mental and spiritual selves and Sunita is deeply devoted to helping you achieve this balance while also teaching you to understand how to live an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
